The Luton Properties brand always had a strong reputation of providing a premium service however their office spaces did not reflect this image. The Mill was engaged to provide a new and fresh office space for one of their largest franchisees’.
The tenancy provided great natural light which allowed the open plan configuration to feel generous and the incorporation of functional features is what transformed this office space into an area staff love to come to work, connect, interact and grow.
The office fitout combines warm natural finishes contrasted with strong black and grey tones. From every angle the fitout is welcoming; a homely place for staff to work and collaborate. We are seeing a blurring of the lines between work and home, an increase in ‘work-life-balance’.
