Ray White Phillip

Design guidelines that evoked a sense of luxury and home-like spaces through soft earthy tones and high-end finishes.

This was the first time working within these new guidelines for the fourth Ray White fit-out we have undertaken. Ray White Phillip was a little different to past projects for the client, not only did we work to execute interior floor plans, fit out detailing and joinery we also engaged in transforming the exterior facade of the building.

With the need to accommodate current tenants (Ray White and Carpet Court) but also be neutral enough for any future tenants. The outcome was a simple paint job that bought a basic 70’s building back to life.

Including break out areas and open plan work areas, there was a need to minimise noise without compromising the required open spaces. Introducing wall mounted phone hoods and dropped acoustic ceiling treatments to assist with noise dampening.

The new office took shape with a home-like feel, luxe look finishes and natural materials such as stone floor tiles, brown material and brass highlights which meant the office and all its spaces had an impact and warm feeling that the client was after.
