One of our newest projects — a circa 1966 design.

This home has received a few renovations in its time, and now we will be restoring it to its former mid-century glory, whilst adding some much-needed improvements to thermal performance to create a beautiful, comfortable, family home for many years to come.

Boasting detailing typical of the era, we will be refurbishing and reinstalling sympathetically to match elements, including a flat roof, internal timber panelling, timber architraves and beading, glazing above the internal doors and full height timber windows throughout.

With the original interior bathrooms and joinery still intact, The Mill has been engaged to rework the floorplan to accommodate a family of four and inject new life into this beautiful home. Stay tuned for progress…
