Ginninderry Flexi-Living Series

Stretching across the north-western suburbs of Canberra is the new and vibrant community, Ginninderry; full of new home options and offering unique ways of living.

Developers, Riverview Group, looked to The Mill to form four flexible living spaces that would appeal to a range of individuals and showcase the prospects available at Ginninderry.

With each home unique to the next, we developed a suite of distinct interior styles for potential buyers to choose from including Hamptons, New Industrial, Contemporary Vintage and Modern Scandinavian.

The first style, Hamptons, brings an immediate feeling of retreat from the moment you step inside. Filled with beautiful natural light, we covered the walls in white, added soft furnishings and layers of cool tones to form a space of tranquillity and echo the prominent Hampton style.

Turning 180 degrees, the second home, New Industrial features a contrasting mix of raw and monochromatic materials. With small pockets of colour, this home comes together with matte surfaces, metal fixtures and black and tan leather furnishings.

Following a similar palette, we created Contemporary Vintage – a fusion of modern and vintage materials. With a strong focus on texture, the home features a mix of glass, timber, metal and natural finishes, creating a distinct and eclectic look.

The final home, Modern Scandinavian is a true reflection of the admired international style. Using a soft and warm palette through the bedrooms and main living rooms, the house forms an inviting and contemporary place for anyone to call home.

Providing interior material selections, style options, furniture inclusions and upgrade options for each home, buyers of all ages, backgrounds and interests were able to easily connect to the home right for them and imagine a new chapter within the prosperous Ginninderry.
